A Man Without a Cell Phone by Sameh Zoabi wins the Golden Antigone

The Jury of the Festival, composed by Christine Boisson (actress, France), Michel Ciment (writer, critic, France), Ferrante Ferranti (photographer, author, France), Karim Gamal El-Dine (director, producer, Egypt), Jean-Paul Montanari (director of Montpellier Danse and Agora, France) awarded the Golden Antigone to
Man Without a Cell Phone by Sameh Zoabi (France/Palestine/Belgium/Israel). The film has been presented as case study by the Euromed Audiovisuel Programme the 25th of October in the panel about coproductions.
The Prize combines €15,000 awarded by the District of Montpellier, a promotional campaign awarded by CINÉ+ for the release of the film and €2,500 in technical services awarded to the distributor by Titra Film.
